When I place a weld symbol, I often attach more leaders to the same symbol.
My request is that IV should allow me to place the arrowhead, then snap to a
current vertex when the pointer is near it. Right now I have to place the
leader, attach it somewhere below the existing vertex, then edit and place
the new vertex/attachment point on top of the existing vertex. Then if I go
to move the symbol, I have to move al the stacked-up vertices too. It's a
