WELD CALCULATOR

Using the weld calculator in inventor 14 is it possible to create a report similar to the fea analysis. At the moment after the initial calculation has been done

any output does seem to dissapear to some obscure folder.

By default the Weld Calculator with publish the report to the following: Your Drive Letter and Work Path, it will then add a folder for the Assembly Name with a sub folder "Design Accelerator" with a file name of "Fillet Weld (Connection Plane Load)1.iam". You can find the path name and location selecting the little Hand on Paper icon at the upper RH corner of the Fillet Weld Calculator.

Hi methoni,

When you click the Results button, you get the report in an *.htm file, you can then sprint that as a PDF file if you have CutePDF or something similar installed? Other than that I don't know of anything other than what blair suggests.

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,
Curtis
