...and before you say anything, I know this is an IV discussion group. Did
Volo View Express2 get updated when I installed IV6? My boss has Volo View
Express2 build 644, I have VVE2 build 644, I can view my IV 6 files where as
he cannot.

I've already posted this, but turned up as a reply to another thread that
doesn't have the required answer.
Your boss need to download an update from AutoDesk to get Voloview to open
IV6 SP2 files. When you installed IV6 and upgraded this was included for
your computer.
