Check your View Display Option is Inventor, are you on Shaded or Realistic? Did you somehow change to a wire-frame mode. Also check in your Application Options>Hardware>Performance, Quality or Compatibility settings.
You might try a good old system reboot as well. You can also check for the latest Microsoft Certified graphics card drivers for your card. Possibly your drivers might have been updated in a Microsoft update.
