From the viewpoint of the vendors, both of these cards are NOT marketed to
CAD users. If you run into any driver problems, you are on your own. Both of
these cards have limitations, especially in the number of OpenGL windows you
can open. They may also have other problems.
With the above warning, I would go for the Nvidia card, knowing that if you
have trouble, you may have to throw it away and buy a supported (by the
vendor) card.
