Hello all,
I've been battling with job processor in Vault 2011. I have it running fine in the background, but for some reason the session of Inventor it uses is crashing on close. I have sent several of the crash reports in, and I'm hoping that someday I'll hear something. Meanwhile, it has a negative effect on Inventor, in that once I have seen this crash, any session of IV I open has the Add Ins all unloaded. SO, I breathe a heavy sigh and reload them and keep going until the next crash.
Problem is, this last time I did this.... all of my Ribbon tabs came back, but the Vault ribbon is.... empty.
All Add Ins, including the hidden EDM Addin, are loaded. I have restarted my machine and verified that my co-workers tab is fine. Any ideas?

Ok.... never mind. "reset Ribbon" brought it all back. (shaking head in diebelief and frustration)
