I search for a file in Vault 2014 and find it needs refreshing i.e. the double red arrows icon in "Vault Status" column. I hit the refresh button in the ribbon and the file still has the double red arrows icon and doesn't appear to refresh. Has anyone experienced this in Inventor 2014? Any idea how to fix? Many thanks in advance.
I'm thinking you're using the wrong refresh. If you are clicking on the green Refresh icon (like a recycle graphic) then this only updates the current view to show changed/added files. I'm still on 2013 but I expect you need to do a get/checkout of the file.
