Vault - Cannot copy files because of Temp files

We rely heavily on the copy design feature of the Vault.  However, we've been experiencing times where a copy design fails because TEMP Source files do not exist. 

For example:  See attached picture.

This happens very often and is very random.  It seems the original files are referencing temp files that have been deleted due to checking in files.

Why is this happening?  Why is it looking for temp files?  How can I prevent this?

Can anyone help me???

Hello @mehammer,

Any other operations you have done before copy design and get the error message which pointed to TEMP file? Like update view, execute jobs via Job Processor, edit or check in, etc?
