Using 3-d image in word documents

How is this best accomplished? I want to use a 3-d shaded image from the
solid assembly model in a word document. I did a brief search from previous
posts, but didn't find anything. Thanks in advance for any responses.

1. Screenshot
2. Save as BMP (click on options and set x=1000 and y=0 for decent
resolution)
3. Download SavetoJPEG http://www.cbliss.com/inventor/iCode/index.htm

I use this method:
1) Save As BMP
2) Open BMP in Photoshop
3) Use "Save for Web" in Photoshop - adjust to desired image size - Save

This way you'll end up having a small sized file and a very sharp image,
compared to the original BMP.
