Uploading files with custom blocks

Im about to upload some files to a 3rd part website, a mix of Ipt, Iam and Idw.

The Idw files have a customized title block with a graphic these are held in a new customized template file.

The question is do I need to post that that graphic along with the template or is/are this/these embed with in the saved idw file and if some one downloads them with out my customized Idw template file will there inventor just use the default idw template ??
