Unfold polyethylene sheet

Hi,

This is my first post here, hello to everyone. I work in a playground company and i need to send the curved panels to produce unfolded. I have a big issue in the  polyethylene (high density) properties, starting form the kfactor to the unfolding deforming, as im not sure about them so i can't send the 100% right drawings to manufacture.

Basically: does anybody know how to right unfold polyethylene sheet in Inventor (im using 2013)?

Are these folded sheets, or are the deformed (will Inventor generate the Flat Pattern)?

Can you attach an example.

For the k-factor(s) or bend tabel you will need to run some test samples and get actual experimental results.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

They are deformed. I make the profile and then extrude it to make a board.
>From that I make the flat pattern with Inventor converter. I've been
searching deep for kfactor and so on but couldn't find any instructions for
this material, but I will try to find some real examples for it.
