Unable to save

I cannot save files from within Inventor 5 to one of my network drives. I receive the message "Problems encountered while saving the document. Invalid parameter error. The database in could not be saved."
I have 3 network drives connected, but only have this problem with one of them. It seems to be an Inventor-specific problem since I can save files from other applications, e.g. MS Wordpad.
I have made a fresh installation on Windows 2000, but the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced this problem? I hope someone can help me out here.

Thanks,
Henrik Faltstrom

Sounds like a problem we had with network cards. IV is very sensitive
to network cards that have connection drops.

Are the drives mapped or are you using UNC?

Hal,
I have tried both methods with the same negative result.
It is strange because it worked up until about a month ago.
Thank you for your input regarding the network card.
I will have someone check my network connection.
