When I bought my new Dell computer it came with word 2002. When I installed iv5.3 I was able to insert word documents just fine. somewhere between installing the service packs and office 2000 I lost the ability to insert word docs. The error message complains that it is unable to open the container item. This problem has occured with several other users at our company. We all decided that it would hopefully go away with IV6, but you guessed it we still have the same problem. Any thoughts would be very welcome.
