unable to flat pattern

I've sent a part I modeled and tried to flat pattern to CF. It does have
different bend radii. Might that be the problem? ANy help would be
appreciated.

Your mirror is off or something. Look close at mirror 3 and you will see that the
material is offset towards the outside of the box.

I will post a fixed up version under yours in Customer files. The biggest change was in
Sketch 5 I made the flange .0005 off of center. I also made a midplane by selecting the
outside faces to use for the mirroring.

Actually I stuck it in a new thread. Since the file in your post isn't zipped it pretty
much locks up Outlook Express so I can't just reply to it.. More people will be able to
see your files if they are zipped.
