Unable to add Service Pack 1 to Inventor 2010 deployment

When creating a deployment for Inventor Professional 2010 + Mechanical 2010 with network license, on page 'Include Service Pack' (page 8 of 11) I am unable to add SP1 because all selections are grey and there is a text 'This product is up-to-date. No Service Pack is available.' If I install directly from DVD, the SP is found. A bug?

I thought I saw something in the SP1 readme file that you can't
use the normal methods of adding a service pack to a deployment, but had
to use some other method, that was outlined there.

Hi,
thanks for your report.
when you go into the 'Include Service Pack' page, Installer will check the
new available service pack on network Auto. if it cannot find it or your
network is disconnect, all the components will be gray.
if you want to add SP1 manually, please try to do this. on the page 7 of 11,
click Next button, then, immediately, press the Enter key on your
keyboard(to cancel checking on network). then you will see all the
components are usable on page 8 of 11. you can select add Sp1 from local
disk.

Hi Kevin,

thanks for the tip.

However, this is not because of a broken internet connection. This has been verified twice and on both times the internet connection was working.
