U-Bolt in Content Center

We are creating a custom library and would like to have U-Bolts in the library so we can do bolted connections using them. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how to go about setting it up?

Thank you.

IV Version?

In 2009 you can create new Content Center categories. Create them in a new
Read/Write Custom Library.

I have created a new Content Center library, but am wondering if I put our u-bolts into there if I'd be able to use the u-bolts in the "Bolted Connection" when doing assemblies. If I can use u-bolts in the "Bolted Connection" how do I set it up to include washers and nuts on both ends of the u-bolt?
