Two Different Border & title-block Colors

I use two different measuring system IMPERIAL and METRIC.

What I want is to be able tell at a glance, by having different color border and Title-block Text  is which one of the system of units I'm using

So what I'm wanting to do is create a Metric Sheet template with on color, Border, Title Block Text and a different color for the Imperial.

I've tried changing the color using the Style Center but that affects both templates, I've tried editing the title-block text saving the template but on opening it has changed back to the defaults set in the style settings and dose not hold those that I set.

What I don't what to be doing is changing them after opening, as at some stage I'll forget.

I think you just need to add a couple of new line styles to your library with the alternate color, then use those for the alternate title block & border.

I'm already doing it like that, but some time, more than often I forget to change the things.

I was kind of hoping that there would be a way in which to create a template for each, having the template do the work for me.

You could add a second Standard to your styles that would have a different set of Object Defaults, perhaps?  Or in the alternate template, have an alternate title block & border defined that use the alternate linestyles?  I think this can be pretty easily done, but it's hard to get it figured out without actually working with your files and library.  Any chance you could post your two templates?
