Turn off dimension background mask in dwg

Hi everyone,

How do I turn off the background mask on dimensions in my inventor dwgs (i.e., so the text doesn't cover up the dimension line.)  I've looked and can't find it, would appreciate guidance.

I'm happy to be wrong on this, but I'm fairly sure there isn't an option for turning the mask off.

Hello,

I’m sorry, but there is no option to turn the text box clipping off. There are already similar requests to turn text box clipping in IdeaStation, you can give Kudos them for now…

It's almost the end of 2017 and still we don't have a Dimension Background mask....
