Trying to install Design Sutie Pre 2014 getting error

I have the x64 version downloaded from the site, open it up on a windows 7 x64 machine and with in second of running the setup I get a "The system cannot open the device or file specified" I click okay and another error pops up "The system can not find the path specified C:\Users\rgoins~1\AppData\Local\Temp\_AI85F1.tmp\x64\SBD\SBD.msi" I click okay on that and it kicks me out of the installer.

Sounds like a corrupt download. The best would be to clear all Temp directories and Cache's. Download the file again, but use the "Save to File".

 

Then run the install.

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file
