Trouble logging in to Inventor Professional trial

I have downloaded and installed the Inventor Professional 2015 Trial. When I try to launch it and the login dialogue comes up, I enter my Autodesk ID and password (which know are valid because I can login to my Autodesk account with them), and I receive the error message "error [object Error]". Can anyone suggest how to resolve this?

Use Alt Print Screen and copy to Paint

or

Use the Windows Snipping tool.

Please see attached. When I enter my login info and click on the [LOGIN] button, the error message presents as indicated in the attachment. Thanks for your help.
