transferring rules

I have a few hundred old prints that originally used the default idw template.

I've been using the Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard to add current title blocks to old drawing. 

This proves faster than redrawing, but I have questions.

1. I want to transfer rules to the old drawings too.  Is there a way to do this en masse?

2. Is there a way to update styles to match the library en masse?

3. Is there a way to make a specific title block active en masse?

4. Is there a way to edit BOMs en masse?  (like removing the part number column from all old prints...)

Tips are appreciated, too. 🙂
