In Windows Explorer RMB on the top level file for your project (an IDW perhaps) and select Pack & Go. This utility will copy all files that reference the selected file to a new folder.

Let us know if you have any problems using it.

I you don't have too much clutter in your directories, just zip up the
files (with directories) and copy to a CDRW or a Compact Flash or?? then
unzip / copy at the target location. If your project is set using
relative paths and you have matching library locations at each end,
simple Windows copy is all you need. Pack N Go can be useful if you
have a lot of junk in your directories.

If you are running Semi-Isoloated, you could "Check-out" the tree then
copy the entire contents of you Workspace to CD.. for transport.
