To Add Save As command in Quick Access Tool Bar

Greetings,

I would like to know how to retain save as command in Quick Access Tool Bar. When I close Inventor 2010 and open again I see that the command is lost.

Pls see this Blog post how I added Save As command in QATB

Thanks for your help

This has been a known defect since release and posted about here a couple times. Hopefully SP1 will resolve.

I would like to add a comment from my colleague Chip Stark on this:

"One thing to keep in mind though is that Inventor actually uses 5 different Ribbons, one for each type of document (Part, Assembly, Drawing, and Presentation) as well as a zero document ribbon for when no document is opened. Each ribbon has an associated QAT. Customizations made to a particular ribbon or associated QAT are not shared. So if you made a customization to one particular ribbon QAT, you would need to return to that ribbon to see the customization." QAT stands for Quick Access Toolbar.

Mark,

Are you aware of an issue number for this? I will try to find it too .

I was unable to reproduce this in two internal builds that I tried. Will need more info to proceed.

Thanks..
