Title block is not aligned properly

I was trying to align my title block to left but it seems to be not aligning in position.

It can be aligned to all positions properly but not left (please see attachment).

Any idea how to fix it?

Right-click "Sheet:1" in browser and select " Edit Sheet", change its orientation. That does work fine. More details, please see the attached image.

Thanks there for the advice.

I followed the step to change it from the browser.

It does not change until i change from landscape to portrait then switch back to landscape
then it works fine.
