title block Inventor

I am teaching myself how to run Inventor 11; I have taught myself how to run several types of design software in the past and the software that I am most versed in is Mechanical Desktop.  That being said, I am really struggling; have a huge time constraint and desperately need somebody to help me figure out how to make/change the title blocks so that I can create drawings...HELP!

Welcome to the forum.

at exactly are you trying to do exactly?  Create a TB, add properties to it for automatic fill in?

I have experience doing this, just need to know what you are trying to do.
