Task Scheduler slows down Inventor and Autocad

Is there a known issue with batch scheduler and Inventor/Autocad being slow?

I am running a purge styles task in batch scheduler (multiple processes set to 1) and I can't use Inventor or Autocad, they take minutes instead of seconds even for simple things like open drawing (took over 10 minutes for a drawing that opened in couple of seconds).

Anyone else experiencing that?

Processor goes from 1% to 12% mostly on 5% (I think it's fine for 1 core out of 8).

I can't even get to the about page to see the build version of AIP and ACAD. The rest of the computer seems slow but not as bad.
