Task Scheduler Question

Good Afternoon

Another day and another question. So i have migrated my entire vault using task scheduler *took 2 days* and all of the files were checked out to me afterwards. Then i proceeded with using "Task Scheduler" to check in my files directory by directory. I just opened file from the vault and click save. I'm still getting a migration message from inventor. Did i do something wrong, or does migration scheduler is the same as vault when it comes to checking in the files. It will not save the state nor update the files in the vault and it only does a symbolic check in.

On another hand my copy design does not give me errors about migration so that leads me to believe there might be just a glitch somewhere.
