Tangent or not to tangent that is the question

Issue is now I have no tangent so if angle changes on the line on right my arc will not be tangent..

ALSO :

Strange lines started to show see pic below only on this position there are 7 only this one has strange lines..

I am starting to think Inventor works best when not used

Looks like a curvature comb to me.

I wouldn't consider that strange.

I have no idea what you really really really have.

I am not familiar with using Inventor as an image editor.

I usually request actual *.ipt files for the purpose of diagnosing Inventor problems.
