Symbol

Hi All,
I met one thing that fooled me all the time, and I would like to see if anyone can give me any advice.
When I added diameter dimension on circle geometery in Inventor 5.3 .idw file, the diameter symbol followed by size was generated. My dimension text was RomanS, and its color was pretty light. However, the diameter symbol was very dark. How can I set the symbol color as the text color without changing text style? I knew that the style of the diameter symbol was automatically changed to AIGIT style when I tried to add diameter symbol manually from Format Text dialog box. If I highlighted it and changed to RomanS or other styles, the symbol would be changed to another character. The only style I could select was the AMGDT style, and it worked. However, it would never work when I dimensioned the circle object because the symbol and value were represented by <<>>. Any suggestion about this issue?

Thx. cshweng

The Ø symbol is created from a TrueType Font which
has a thickness. The RomanS font has a line thickness of zero, therefore it is
very light. My suggestion would be to switch your font standard to a TT font
that is similar to RomanS otherwise it will be very annoying not being able to
see your text.
