You should indicate that you are using 2013 or you are likely to get solutions that you cannot open.

Also, your Service Packs and Updates are not up-to-date.

Wow I think thats it . I will look over how you reproduced this. Looks like not to many steps when you know what your doing. Thank you for taking the time.

Help please

Had to change the angle so I'm still having trouble sweeping the 1.375 dia hole thru square to the compound angled face. Not sure how to create the tool axii to draw the profile sweep.

Thanks

Same as before:

- Work axis through hole, and work point at the hole's bottom

- Work axis through this point, rectangular to the angled face

- New Work plane through both axes

- Use this WP for sketch of sweeping path

- Do subtracting sweep, starting at the top of the existing hole

couple of questions . how did u make the 2nd work axix.(one squared to angled face.

What do the sktech lines on the top and bottom of hole represent. does not appear that these are used as part of the sweep geo.

Thanks

ok now how did you create the work plabe to sketch on. I see you note that you used both axis to create but I'm having trouble duplicating
