Did you try this option when doing the sweep? If not. delete
the sweep feature and try the option.

I can't follow your construction workflow very well. This part
workflow appears to be way more complicated than needed

Dear Dennis,

Yes I try that but that is also not working.

What think I must change for maked easyer.

The part must comming into I-logic that I cane change the measuring you cane see it I have make my own user parameters for changing.

I would look at remodeling the part using less sketches and a
more streamlined workflow. If it does not work correctly (the sweep)  now,
then it is certainly not going to work with iLogic.

Hallo JD Mather,

Thats what I mean with the 90 degree but if you look to the 3D sketch then you see that all the 4 beams off the rail are bended.

After sleeping on this one I think I can work out the solution, but before I spend a couple of hours on it (I will have to start over since it was a bit convoluted) I need assurance that you intend to pursue this to the end solution.

Dear JD,

If you give me a good suggestion that I can start with the part then it's also good.

This one is going to be difficult, but I think I have a rather elegant solution in mind. I'm right in the middle of a big job right now and it will be a day or two before I can test out my idea. I just don't want to spend a lot of time on something and find out that you weren't really interested in my solution.

I don't make anything anymore. I worked in industry for 15 years, mostly plastics and military electro-mechanical.

I am a professor now and my final grades are due tomorrow 10 AM for the students to graduate on Sat.

I found another little problem with that last R2 fillet. This one turned out to be much more difficult than it initially looks. I have to clean it up a little bit and then it will take a bit of work to explain the steps. I would be interested in alternate solutions done by others here as well.
