Trying to add a blended radius on a punch, and I assumed that "Sweep" feature was the best answer. I've tried a couple of options in the Sweep feature, and I'm not sure if I'm using this correctly. Any help?
I am not familiar with using Inventor as an image editor - can you attach a *.ipt file here (make up something similar if your part is proprietary).
Do you have any experience with the Face Fillet (not edge fillet)?

here's an original punch where the Sweep feature to create the blend radius between the shape and the shank of the punch works. Not sure what is different, although this (6001) punch was created in Inventor 2014.
I am really confused by your workflow (why all the workplanes and axis?), but for whatever it is worth - check this file.
