Surface model - AutoCAD

HI

 

Is it possibly to get this AutoCAD drawing into Inventor and make a 3D solid model out from it.

Yes, but I would start over in Inventor as the AutoCAD geometry is poorly modeled.

 

It could also be done in AutoCAD if modeled correctly.
