Suddenly all the dimensions i place are driven

I don't know what has happened, but i started a new sketch and the dimensions i place are all driven, they don't control the length of a line, for example

No problems here, I assume it's the small horizontal line.

It seems I cannot reproduce the issue.

Is [Driven Dimension] button pressed on your Ribbon?
