Sudden loss of Cable & Harness Environment

All of a sudden when starting IV 2008 I get the pop-up, see attached.



So far I have tried . . .

rebooting = Still get the pop-up

Repairing IV (via control panel Add/remove program) = Still get the
pop-up

Reinstalling IV (via control panel Add/remove program) = Still get the
pop-up



I've NOT installed or changed anything and IV was working OK a couple
of hours ago. If I click OK IV will start but with out the ability to
create/use the cable & Harness

Try Tools->Customize->Reset All, close
Inventor and re-launch it.
