Subscription Center Login

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to the subscription center?

I have a single sign-in account. My username and password work to login to the other Autodesk sites, but not the subscription center.

I am having a similar problem. I have a case number with Autodesk Customer Support. My problem is every tim I go to log in to the forums, my password doesn't work. I reset it using the lost password option, then the next time I go back, my new password doesn't work anymore

I am a single user who just upgraded to Windows 7.  I cannot sign in to the Subscription Center - the login page disappears with the first keystroke?

Any idea what is happening?  I have sent a report into customer service but was hoping maybe you had solved the problem already?

IE 10.0 perhaps? I seen this with IE10

Possibly Autodesk is updating the Subscription site for 2014 Suite products as well.

Can't speak about the password issue

Thanks,
New versions of IE ( got IE10 with W7) have caused many similar problems
for me in the past - I will check it out.

Confirming that this is an IE 10 issue, of which we are aware of and are working on a fix.

As a temporary workaround / to get the login page to display, Hold down Alt-T -> go to Compatibility View Settings -> add "autodesk.com".

I used Mozilla Firefox and got into the Subscription Center. After that I
still have download issues - by the time I figured it all out I have
several "cases" in for you to review. Save time and consolidate if you can.

Thanks,
Jim

yeah the autodesk guys really need to fix this bug.  The temporary workaround is... don't type/enter anything but just click on the Submit button.  Then the server will bring us to a new you've-gotta-enter-something page and we can more easily enter the name and password here to login.

Confirming that the Subscription Center is not yet compatible with IE 10 however we are working on it for future fixes, at which point it will be updated on our login solution

My sincere apologies for the hassle / inconvenience everyone.
