styles edits not saving

When I make changes through styles editor and try to save them, I get a window that pops up saying "Style library (C:\Vault_Work\Design Data) cannot be saved because it is damaged". Can anyone provide some insight and possible fix to this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi!

Change your project to "Default" (or another USER Project).

Edit your project: In the "Use styles library", Right mouse button and select "Read - Write"

Save the project changes

Configure again the styles and save your changes.

In the end it's better to turn again the "Use styles Library " to  "Only - Read".

Hi

the only way i found to avoid this error is to restore the design data and after open the idw, dwg, iam and ipt template and save style in library for each template. This allow to keep the change made in your styles
