Style Question - Specifically Layers

Could some kind soul please post a screen capture of the Layer screen in the Manage Styles dialog.  I have messed up my layers and would like to set them back to a default condition. Once done, I can then create the styles I want without messing up the default style, which I seem to have done.  Thank you
