Style Management Wizard

Is the Style Management Wizard obsolete?

It is not in tools for Inventor 2015.

Where can I download or install it from?

Are the ones i mentioned available in the tools directory?

I was looking for a way to consolidate styles, and I ran across this video, which is for Inventor 2012.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVfbM2XfGiE

see around 2:30

So I look in tools, its not there. Then I found the link mcgyvr found which is dated 2014.

Is there another way to harvest the styles like the video shows?

Did a bit of searching, see point #1 on this page:
http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2014/...

Seems 2012 was the last version with that particular wizard, the fact that the page mcgyvr linked to still exists with a date of 2014 is confusing to say the least...
(which is probably an effect of the site redesign)

As to your question of harvesting the styles, which styles do you want "harvested" to where?

You can open a part and save any local styles to your (active) style library or you can use the styles editor to export individual styles to an .xml file and import those in other parts.
("parts" being, parts, assemblies, drawings, etc.)

Yeah, i guess i saw that too.  I was thinking it only applied to appearance and material styles/libraries.

but, then it would say no longer available for appearance and mat'l.

I wanted to harvest my drawing styles, mostly because of  inconsistency from drawing to drawing.

I thought it would help to see every style I have created.

The Styles Management Wizard was available to help create the style libraries we currently have today. It was discontinued after 2012 when it was thought it served its purpose. From your description it would be the tool to use. I did try using the last version (Inventor 2012) to see if it would work on later released files. But sadly it doesn’t recognize the file format.

One option that comes to mind which is a manual one, would be select several files and take those drawing styles and give them unique names and save them to the styles library. Then you could use a blank file idw/dwg and compare the styles. Once you find the one you want to save delete the others from the style library.
