I have turn the part viability off, but in the rendering the first frame has it turned on. How can I fix this?

Try this...
1. Turn Part visibility off in the assembly, then enter studio.
2. At any point in time you can animate the Fade to show the part again.

Alternatively, in Studio.
1. Set the time slider to 0.0
2. Select the part, right click and click Animate Fade.
3. In the dialog box click the Instant Action button for Time.
4. Set the fade to 0
5. At whatever point you want you can animate the fade in.
