Studio problem

I have a model that i am trying to use studio to create a video of. when i open the model and try to go to create animation i get the attached error message. when i click on the ok button inventor crashes out and i have to restart. and it does this every time with diferent models to.

I am running inventor 2013 SP2.

hi eggehead,

that message is correct, it simply tells you you must activate an animation to use animation commands.

The crash instead is not right.

Can you tell us more about the error? (logs?) Which windows do you use? all updated?

this happens with several files

i never had any problems with previous inventor release for studio. seem to be a couple of files.

i have created new annimations as meant to be but still crashes when i try to run render annimations etc.

sorry due to he nature of the product i cant release models.

i used the new annimation button as recommended.

i run windows 7 fully updated.
