I am using inventor 2010, how do I constrain a beam to represent a simply supported beam? Cantilever and fixed at both ends match my hand calculations but I cant fix the right constraints to represent a simply supported beam. Can any one help?

Attach your file here.

It sounds like you might need to Split faces where the beam is supported.
