Your model didn't have any material applied, but I had no problems applying
constraints or a load, it meshed and the FEA checker wouldn't allow analysis
until a material had been applied.
Possibly check your FEA process, working from LH to RH in the FEA
enviroment
1.) Manage - select your type of FEA Analysis
2.) Material -
3.) Constraint(s)
4.) Load(s)
5.) Contacts if required (not in this case)
5.) Prepare (mesh your model)
6.) Solve
