Stacked Fractions Not Working

The only posted related to stacked fractions not working correctly was for ACAD.  This morning, I came in and opened a drawing.  The text should read PU-6805 12 1/2% SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE.  Instead, I get this, see below:

Trying to stack the 1/2 fraction will not work.  If i RMB or if I select the stack button next to the Italics button.  Neither option stacks the numbers. Can't get to my Autostack properties as the option is no longer on the RMB menu when I highlight the text. Anyone seen this before?

Curtis, thanks much for this.  I wonder why this didn't come up for me when I searched the forum?? Anyway, this fixed the problem.  Looks as if when you install a newer version, it replaces the registry keys wrong.  That link was for 2012, and it still does it for 2014.
