Spring adaptive

Hello
I am rather new user, but I can't solve one problem. I try to make coil compresible during the motion in assembly. It would be easy if any feature of coil (hight, pich)could be adaptive, but I cant make so. So maybe somebody could make some suggestions.
Thanks

I believe there's a method described on Drew Fulford's site (mymcad.com) and
there are at least a few examples in the Customer Files group. The basis of
most (I think) is an adaptive sketch or dummy feature that drives the coil
length when constrained in the assembly. Be aware that recomputing the coil
is a sluggish process.
