split assembly balloon

Seems like a dumb question, but there is an option to select assembly balloons with a number above and one below a horizontal line. What does the lower number represent? Help doesn't seem to explain it.

Thanks,

Gene

I believe the lower number represents the QTY in
the assembly. I could be mistaken though.

Oh - and there is an option for
this.

You can set it up as either your standard, or once
you have placed the ballon, do an edit ballon and then select the type you want.

And I was right, the bottom number is the
quantity.

The lower # rep's QTY. There is no way to change it. Use sketch symbol if you
want it to rep something else. (Manually input all values)

I usually liked to auto-balloon (so I can match the parts to the BOM) with a hex
shaped balloon so it sticks out. Then I ballooned with sketch symbols, manually
inputting values. Then deleted hex balloons.
