Sphere Anomaly

Greetings,

 

Whether I use the Sphere command or create my own as shown in figure#1.jpg, the end result is shown on the sphere in figure#2.jpg. Any idea what would cause this?

Have you installed all Service Packs?

Is your graphics card driver up-to-date?

Try going to Tools>Application Options>Hardware tab and set to lowest setting.

I would like to add for Autodesk that I checked the internet for latest service packs and I was up-to-date. What I am wondering is, unless I totally missed it, why doesn't Inventor include a "Check for Updates" option? Having to search the internet for updates sure seems antiquated.
