specified loop length

I have an outline that a roller chain has to follow. attached is the file that i'm working on. the dimensions shown are the ones that have to be. What i'm looking for is a way to have the loop be 35" long, along with the dimensions that are already shown.

you really need to see the file to understand what i'm trying to say.

I tried taking the arc lengths, subtracting the combined arc lengths from 35 and dividing by two to get the straight lengths, but that didn't work. the arc lengths changed because of the tangent constraints. basically i'm looking for an equation for one of the straight lengths that will cause the entire loop to be 35" exactly.

all of the dimensions shown are necessary. please help if you can, but don't spend too much time on it.
