Special thread sizes

Hi,

Where can I find all the theory behind creating my own metric threads of
strange sizes, such as an M85 x 1.5. I need to know how to calculate the
theoretical maximum and minimum major dia's, pitch dia's and etc.

Thanks,

Nick
