Spaceball Reset Function

Is there a function (like when in orbit mode where you can double click in
the center of the orbit circle) to recenter the point of rotation with a
spaceball? I could have sword I had it programmed to one of the buttons but
it doesn't seem to work now.

Sean,
What I do is to setup a macro for zoom selected to my spacemouse button #4,
so it acts pretty much the way I like it (MDT-ish).

make Inventor like MDT? You throwing kryptonite at me again Leo?

Actually that's a great suggestion. Works perfect. However I thought there
was a function to change the orbit point. Maybe I was remembering wrong.

Thanks!

Does "Rezero Device" do what you are after?

No that just resets it if it starts to drift. That was the first one I
tried.

Sean,
The spacemouse does reset the orbit center to the zoom selected entity by
itself then...

Yes if I zoom selected it does reset the orbit. I'm just reprogrammed the
9th button for this function
